CCTHITA 477 Department

The Central Council of Tlingit and Haida IndianTribes of Alaska’s (Tlingit & Haida) 477 Division creates a single, coordinatedsystem of collaborative services that focus on providing employment, training, and related services to eligible Alaska Natives and/or American Indians within Tlingit & Haida’s service area.

Our purpose is to:
(1) improve the quality and effectiveness of services through integration and collaboration,
(2) reduce joblessness, and
(3) increase self sufficiency among our Tribal citizens.
